RETURNS/REFUNDS

All pieces are made-to order, refunds/returns are not accepted unless a mistake was made on your order or you received your item/s damaged.

We do not refund shipping costs for repairs/damaged items, and will only cover damages up to a week after receiving your item. We reserve the right to refuse any exchanges or returns if we believe your item was intentionally damaged.
