SHIPPING

Jack Eller pieces are handmade in Los Angeles and are all made-to-order.

Current ship period is 2 to 3 weeks after order is placed.

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order.

If you need a piece by a certain date, please email customer service at hello@jackeller.com BEFORE placing your order and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Once your order is placed, you will have up to 24 hours to cancel or modify your order.

Since all pieces are made-to-order, we do not accept any return unless we have mistaken your order or you receive it damaged.

We do not cover shipping costs for repairs or damaged pieces after 14 days of receiving your order.

You will receive tracking information as soon as your order has shipped from our studio.

We ship via USPS or FedEx.

Currently we ship only within the USA, but can ship to other countries per special request.

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days.

Expedited shipping typically takes 1-2 business days.

International Shipping:

If you would like us to ship your products outside of North America, kindly email us at: hello@jackeller.com and we would be happy quote international shipping directly with you. Please note that there is a $100 minimum order on all international orders. Please note that Jack Eller Studio is not responsible for the country’s duties and tariffs, brokerages fees or any delays due to custom's issues. We suggest you review your countries local import policies before inquiring with us to ship internationally. All international orders are final sale and we do not provide returns or refunds due to customs delays, holds, taxes, fees, or if your package is not deliverable due to your countries import restrictions.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

All pieces are made-to order, refunds/returns are not accepted unless a mistake was made on your order or you received your item/s damaged.

We do not refund shipping costs for repairs/damaged items, and will only cover damages up to a week after receiving your item. We reserve the right to refuse any exchanges or returns if we believe your item was intentionally damaged.
